Errigal IDMS Essentials

EMS Nova Dashboard
This section covers navigating the device tree, using map-based views, monitoring active alarms and open tickets, analyzing alarm and ticket trends, and identifying network outages through key dashboard widgets.
Managing Devices
This section covers the device view, alarm and ticket information, asset details, performance widgets, device parameters, threshold-based alarms, and maintenance rules.
Mobile Application
This section includes the installation and use of Mobile Navigator and Mobile Ticketer, including alarm monitoring, device inspection, ticket searches, and ticket updates.
Ticketer Lite
